Homelife is a family run furniture business based in Burton on Trent having been in business in excess of 24 years servicing the requirements of the whole of the UK. Our showroom is ideally placed at the magnificent Barton Marina Shopping Village which is a beautiful location where you can spend an afternoon browsing the retail outlets around the Marina or perhaps having a hot drink or possibly a delicious lunch in one of the several eateries the Shopping Village has. Within our building are 3 showrooms where you will find a large selection of conservatory suites and accessories adorned by beautiful cushions, our range of teak and rattan garden furniture and upholstered furniture including tub chairs and wings chairs. Historically, Homelife has a background specialising in cushions and upholstery and over time as the world of purchasing on line has gained momentum, Homelife has moved into the world of E-commerce. In 2011 we invested significantly in a state of the art full E-commerce website called Home Life Direct. This site showcases exactly what we are about with conservatory and garden furniture being our core competencies. All our furniture is designed by our own in house design team and as the years have passed we have listened to customer requests and feedback and have incorporated those thoughts in new designs that we have generated. Homelife continues to manufacture all its cushions and soft furnishings in Burton upon Trent and there are in excess of 100 different fabrics available to our customers at any one time. This means that all customers have the option of choosing any fabric they wish, to go on any conservatory suite of their choice – and that makes us unique. The only thing each customer needs to make their mind up about is the colour of fabric and the design – beige, cream, green, red, orange, brown etc etc, then stripes, flowers, leaves or plain. The possibilities are enormous but how do you make the right choice when there are so many options to choose from? We would advise you to take advantage of our swatch service which is free of charge. If you can start by deciding the colour you like and then take time to think if you want a pattern or something plain, we can send a selection of fabrics to you in the post in order that you may make your choice in the comfort of your home. This is ideal if you are trying to match new furniture with existing furniture and want to get your interior design thoughts together. You may wish to order scatter cushions to match your furniture or indeed choose a fabric for your scatters to provide a contrast. You may of course have bought a suite from us many years ago and due to the integrity of your suite, it still looks like new, but your cushions need updating. Fear not, we have all the cushion templates of all the suites we have ever design so you only need to choose your new fabric and your suite is perfect again. New inners for your cushions can also be made so you have a complete service from us. With regards to delivery, we are able to react more quickly than other suppliers within our industry by offering a genuine two man delivery service within 3-5 days of receiving your order and this is a nationwide service that is free of charge. It is our belief that customers should not have to wait months for the delivery of their furniture and if we have it in stock you will have it delivered, unwrapped and placed in situ within a week. During this time, your cushions will have been made bespoke to you, wrapped in high grade plastic for protection during transit then wrapped within your suite to ensure delivery of your order altogether. Sometimes it’s not convenient for every customer to have their delivery immediately, perhaps due to moving home or if a new house extension or conservatory is not quite ready. Our warehouse incorporates a special reserve bay for such customers whereby a telephone call to our office will activate the release of ordered goods for immediate dispatch or on a day to suite your diary.
